Sydney corporate and property law firm Landerer & Company has appointed prominent planning and property expert, Alice Spizzo, as its Directory of Planning and Environment.
Ms Spizzo, who has joined the fast growing firm from Lander & Rogers, has 25 years of experience in the property, planning and government sectors, while also being chairperson of the not-for-profit Women’s Housing Company and a directory of Sydney’s Planning Research Centre Advisory Council.
She has wide experience in the NSW Government’s departments of planning, transport, infrastructure and natural resources.

Ms Spizzo said “I am keen to build Landerer’s planning team, offering legal and strategic advice to clients at all stages of their projects, from re-zoning and development approval to the successful completion of developments”.

Landerer & Company now has 13 directors, as well as senior associates, lawyers and staff with a total 40 staff, matching its expertise with larger firms and providing expert advice in a range of legal areas for its clients.
