Michael joined Landerer & Company in the commercial property group of the firm in 1988.
He rejoined the firm in early 2012 after 11 years in Melbourne as a partner and head of the commercial property groups in Melbourne CBD law firms.
Michael has extensive experience in all areas of commercial property law in NSW and Victoria with particular emphasis on residential and retail development, commercial and retail leasing, joint ventures and transaction structuring.
He also has significant experience in the development of hotel assets and the negotiation of hotel management agreements with major international operators.
Michael represents listed and large private companies, high net worth individuals, major shopping centre owners and tenants.
His clients include international investors from Singapore, Dubai, Kuwait, India and Malaysia.
