EXPERIENCE:
Nicole joined Landerer & Company’s corporate team in 2017. Prior to joining Landerer & Company, Nicole worked as a lawyer in the corporate M&A team at Clayton Utz. She has experience in corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, joint ventures, foreign investment laws and corporations law compliance.
Nicole also has experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution and provides advice in relation to advertising and media campaigns, terms & conditions and privacy.
Nicole is currently on the board of YWCA Australia.
