EXPERIENCE:
David Voet is a senior property and commercial lawyer. He has worked for some of Sydney’s leading law firms and as an in-house lawyer and legal manager with major international and locally listed companies in manufacturing, distribution, printing and information technology services. David was also the principal of his own legal practice on Sydney’s North Shore for over 15 years, where he commonly represented property developers and landlords, corporate tenants, manufacturers, IT service providers and private clients.
David has extensive experience with all types of property transactions, projects and agreements including commercial, industrial and residential property sales and acquisitions; warehouse, office and retail leasing; development projects and off-the-plan sales. He acts regularly for property developers and landlords.
David joined Landerer & Company in June 2021 as a Special Counsel in the firm’s Real Estate practice group.
